Victoria Wise

Victoria is bdhSterling’s Operations Technology Coordinator, helping to keep the firm’s systems running smoothly and supporting the day‑to‑day needs of our teams. She works closely with colleagues across the business and with external partners to make sure our technology supports clients and staff alike. Victoria also helps coordinate improvements and new initiatives that make our operations more efficient and ensure everything works seamlessly behind the scenes.

Before joining bdhSterling, Victoria spent over five years working as a Salesforce Administrator across several industries, in roles focused on supporting systems and improving processes. Her experience includes enhancing internal tools, supporting analytics and reporting, and coordinating technology projects – including the rollout of new features – all aimed at making it easier for teams to deliver great service.

Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree from Edith Cowan University and has also achieved several Salesforce certifications. Outside of work, she enjoys sunset walks, reading, travelling, and is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves discovering new flavours and places to eat!
