Gabriela plays a key role in supporting the delivery of client services across our Australia team. She works closely with our Financial Planning Director to help oversee the Client Administration and Pension Transfer teams, with a focus on keeping processes running smoothly and efficiently – ensuring our clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience.
With over 20 years’ experience in client services, Gabriela brings a strong understanding of how to improve the way teams operate to better support clients. Her focus is always on making processes straightforward and ensuring clients feel confident in the service they receive.
Outside of work, she enjoys running along the coast and dancing with her partner.
