As a member of our client services team, Shannen plays a key role in ensuring clients and advisers receive seamless, efficient support at every stage of their journey.

Before joining bdhSterling, Shannen spent 12 years with the Commonwealth Bank Group, gaining experience across a variety of roles. Most recently, she worked as a Business Analyst in the Business and Commercial sector, with previous roles including Home Lending Specialist and Analyst within the bank’s Privacy Team. This breadth of experience has given her a strong understanding of processes, client needs, and the systems required to deliver high‑quality financial service.

Shannen holds a Certificate of Development and Management from UNSW. Outside of work, she is a mum of two under two and a self‑declared food and wine connoisseur.
