Lauren works in our Perth office as a Client Administrator within our pension transfers team. She has a keen focus on delivering a high-quality experience to our clients. Lauren’s dedication to client service has recently earned her a Finalist spot for Client Services Co-ordinator of the Year at the prestigious IFA Excellence Awards 2024.

Before joining bdhSterling, Lauren built a diverse skill set through various roles, including Tennis Coach, Maths Tutor, and Customer Service Representative at a popular pizza restaurant. These experiences have shaped her ability to understand and address the needs of different individuals and businesses.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics from Curtin University, providing her with the expertise to adeptly handle complex financial matters. Outside of work, Lauren is an avid follower of Formula 1 racing and enjoys playing golf, tennis and the drums!

What’s the best thing about living in Australia?

Our culture is a lot more unique than it seems. Some of our finest accomplishments include, but are not limited to, hilariously witty and friendly people, Bunnings snags, incredible coffee, food and wine, and a societal passion for sport. There are always opportunities to meet new people and try something new here, which creates an exciting and welcoming atmosphere wherever you go.

What gives you the most satisfaction at work?

Collaborating with my colleagues to solve problems and provide outstanding services to our clients is incredibly rewarding to me.

Our team is full of incredibly talented and charismatic individuals. Everybody clicks together to create a productive and uplifting environment, and the energy is infectious. I am thrilled we can all work together to maximise the quality of our workflow and output. Our view from the office is pretty good too!
