She works closely with the servicing teams to identify, develop and implement operational procedures across the business. Natasha’s Financial Services career began in 2016, overseeing the Relationship Management team for a leading Cash Advance lender. Natasha’s primary focus has always been within the client journey, ensuring her clients receive a seamless service.
