At work
John brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and has been a cornerstone of the bdhSterling Perth office. Formerly a Senior Financial Planner, John has now stepped into the role of Financial Services Client Experience Lead as he transitions into a phased retirement.
In this new capacity, John works closely with our operational teams to review processes, implement change, and provide coaching and mentoring across the business. His focus remains firmly on ensuring that the client experience at bdhSterling is second to none.
John’s extensive expertise and customer-first approach continue to shape the way we work. Over the years, he has built strong, lasting relationships with a loyal client base and is especially well-regarded for his work in SMSFs, superannuation, retirement planning, and risk advice. He also has deep experience supporting clients transferring UK pensions, offering valuable insight into the Australian requirements of this niche market.
Though his role has evolved, John’s presence is still very much felt – both by our team and the clients who know him well.
