Laviana supports our UK and Australian clients with their superannuation and pension transfers, helping ensure the process is clear, well‑organised, and as straightforward as possible.

She works closely with clients, advisers, and service providers to keep communication consistent and to coordinate each step of the transfer smoothly.

Prior to joining bdhSterling, Laviana held roles in operations and client services at Euroz Hartleys Limited for 11 years, supporting a Non-Executive Director and FUM advisers in the management of high-net-worth client portfolios, including investment allocation, administration, and regulatory compliance.

Laviana holds a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science and Pharmacology) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance), has completed the CPA Australia program, and is currently undertaking her Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Originally from Jakarta, Indonesia, Laviana moved to Perth at the age of 15. Outside of work and studies, she enjoys reading a wide range of books and spending time with her family.

From clean air and abundant parks to the rare ability to travel from beaches to hills in a short time, everyday living feels balanced and healthy. Add to that, a strong education system and medical service, welcoming communities for raising children (or grandchildren), and Australia truly ticks all the boxes.

Being able to contribute to the efficiency and growth of the business, building strong relationships with clients, and knowing that the work we do genuinely makes a difference in their lives.
