At work
Melina works in our Perth office as a Client Services Administrator, supporting both our advisers and clients with administrative assistance. She manages documentation and ensures accurate and efficient processes across the advice journey. With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, she helps deliver a seamless experience for our clients.
Melina brings a broad experience across finance, administration, and client service to her current role. Before joining bdhSterling, she spent nearly five years in a financial institution as a Customer Relationship Consultant and Digital Support Specialist. Earlier roles include Accounting Assistant for a childcare group in Perth, as well as administrative positions in London across front‑of‑house and office support, where she developed adaptability and a practical, people‑focused approach.
Outside of work, Melina leads an active lifestyle and is always planning her next travel adventure or catching a rock gig! She’s a regular at the gym, plays beach tennis and loves long walks along the coast.
