Matthew Kapourta joined bdhSterling at the beginning of 2021 as Group Financial Controller and his responsibilities include management accounting, financial control, and statutory reporting.

Matthew believes that one of the keys roles of a finance professional is to be a trusted finance business partner to the senior leadership team providing visibility, insight, and advice so any decision taken is based on sound business information.

Matthew holds a degree in Economics and has been a Fellow of the Association for Chartered Certified Accountants for over 10 years.

Prior to bdhSterling, Matthew was the Commercial Finance Manager for a leading global medical assistance company. Before that, he held several senior roles responsible for commercial finance and corporate reporting across both the public and private sectors.
