Industry respected International Adviser magazine, in partnership with Old Mutual International, run the Awards to recognise financial advisers within the industry that have made the transitions towards best practice.
Judged by a panel of 12, bdhSterling was deemed to have created a professional development strategy for all staff at every level of the business.
Commenting on our submission the judges said: “Tells a good story about structured staff development with a clear focus on professionalism.” The judges felt that our not only did our investment in staff training and development benchmark against relevant external standards but also aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives to provide professional excellence to our clients.
