Shivani is our Client Service Team Leader in Sydney. She supports Larissa, our Client Manager, and the Australian Client Admin Team by overseeing the team’s day to day workflow. She also assists with training new and existing team members.

Before joining bdh Sterling, Shivani gained a wealth of experience in the Financial Services industry. Starting in administration, she worked her way to a management role – acquiring a solid foundation in dealing with expatriate clients in the UK and the US. She holds a BSc in Business Management and is also a Member of the Chartered Management Institution (MCMI).

In her spare time, Shivani loves to travel (and is always planning her next getaway!). She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as trying to do as much for charity as possible.

What’s your best tip for anyone moving to the UK?

When moving to UK, be prepared for the weather to change on any day or time! Always dress for the weather.

The bars and restaurants. Somewhere in London there is always a place to drink or eat 24hrs a day.

Consistently providing clients with experience they deserve and working as a team to achieve this.
