Shamim works in our Administration team and is responsible for making sure our clients’ needs are met, as well as peer checking reports. Before joining bdhSterling she was a Contact Centre Advisor at M&S Bank. Shamim holds a BA (Hons) in Education Studies.

Outside of work, Shamim loves spending time with her family, and enjoys playing card games (Uno being her favourite!).
