Kraig is a client administrator with over 10 years’ experience in customer service. His objective is to provide the highest level of administration and accuracy with every task, utilising great teamwork and excellent client focus.

Before bdhSterling, Kraig was a team leader for a financial services company specialising in UK ISAs. Prior to that, Kraig spent 10 years at one of the world’s largest insurance firms where he managed an administration team.
