Chau began her bdhSterling journey as an intern while studying at university, since graduating, Chau has joined the team as a client administrator. Chau works alongside the financial planners to establish and maintain client relationships, helping them meet their objectives. Chau likes nothing more than solving client’s issues, and loves to receive positive feedback from clients.
Chau completed a Business Administration degree at university, her studies have allowed her to travel extensively improving her language and immersing herself in different cultures and backgrounds. With a passion for entrepreneurship, Chau started an online business selling shoes when she was just 16!

What’s the best thing about living in Australia?
There are so many people from all over the world that there’s a great chance to meet, make friends and learn about other cultures. It also makes different regions or suburbs feel like another country!
What gives you the most satisfaction about your work?
The autonomy for my work, support from colleagues, learning and growing with the job and the work aligns with my long-term goals in life

We have a low hierarchical organisation, so it is easy to speak and discuss with other colleagues and my efforts are recognised.
