Paul Cook

Paul began his career in financial services in 2006 within the customer services team for an employee pensions provider and spent 10 years with the company before moving into the financial advice sector.

Paul is the Client Manager for the administration team at bdhSterling and with over 20 years of customer service experience feels that the client is at the heart of the work we do. He believes that the relationships that we build with our clients are key to the business and is always on hand to help clients or members of the administration team, in order to maintain the relationship with the client.

Paul holds qualifications in pensions administration & UK financial service, regulation & ethics which has provided him with an Award in Financial Administration.

In his spare time Paul enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren, walking their pug Ollie in the countryside around Surrey and visiting their family members or watching various sports on TV.
